1. Contending for the Glory Conference & Media Expansion

Conference Sponsorship – Discipleship Ministry

Executive Summary

Arena of Faith respectfully requests funding to sponsor one 2026-2027 Contending for the Glory (CFG) Conference and to establish essential media infrastructure that will extend the conference’s reach and impact through high-quality recording, livestreaming, and digital distribution.

This integrated strategic initiative strengthens in-person discipleship while creating sustainable digital capacity that multiplies reach regionally, nationally, and internationally. Rather than supporting a single event, this investment establishes an enduring discipleship platform.

Organizational Context

Arena of Faith is committed to biblically grounded, Spirit-led discipleship. Our focus is the cultivation of mature believers who understand Scripture, hear God with confidence, and live out their faith with spiritual clarity, kingdom impact and practical application.

Contending for the Glory serves as a primary outreach and discipleship arm of this work, drawing participants from local and regional communities while laying a relational foundation for long-term ministry development.

Why This Work Matters

Across the U.S. and many other regions, Christian life remains sincere but under-equipped. Believers often lack practical instruction in:

  • Hearing and discerning the voice of God

  • Living consistently Spirit-led lives

  • Applying Scripture beyond intellectual understanding

  • Operating confidently in biblical spiritual authority

At the same time, access to balanced, experiential, Scripture-centered teaching is uneven—particularly in geographically limited or underserved communities.

Live conferences address part of this gap. However, without intentional media development, their reach remains limited to those physically present.

The integration of professional media capacity allows doctrinally sound instruction to extend beyond a single gathering—serving a broader audience and reinforcing theological continuity across emerging ministry contexts, including outreach efforts in Montserrat.

Two-Part Project Focus

2026-2027 Contending for the Glory Conference (In Person Event)

The 2026-2027 CFG Conferences will provide in-person discipleship through structured teaching sessions, worship, and ministry engagement.

Key distinctives include:

  • Leadership with decades of ministry experience formed through Rhema Bible Training College and direct influence from Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin

  • Balanced instruction rooted in both Old and New Testament theology

  • Practical application of Spirit-led living

  • Strategic site-sharing partnerships that reduce overhead and support existing congregations

The conference functions as both a discipleship intensive and a relational bridge for future ministry expansion.

Conference-Based Media Expansion (Digital Development)

To steward the teaching beyond the live event, Arena of Faith will establish essential media infrastructure directly connected to the 2026 conference.

This expansion includes:

  • Multi-camera professional video capture

  • Direct audio integration for high-quality sound

  • Livestream capability

  • Post-production editing

  • Structured digital archiving and distribution This is not a full studio buildout. It is a practical, scalable system designed to:

  • Livestream conference sessions

  • Create a permanent digital teaching library

  • Support ongoing discipleship between conferences

  • Strengthen international ministry alignment

  • Expand reach without proportional increases in overhead

Each conference will generate lasting teaching assets rather than one-time experiences.

Outcomes & Impact

This integrated investment will produce both immediate and sustained results:

Immediate Impact

  • Strengthened spiritual formation among conference participants

  • Regional engagement through in-person attendance

  • Live digital participation via livestream

Extended Impact

  • Archived teaching accessible on demand

  • Ongoing discipleship content available beyond event dates

  • Expanded reach to believers unable to travel

  • Reinforced theological consistency for emerging international ministry efforts

Long-Term Capacity

  • Sustainable media infrastructure for future conferences

  • Scalable discipleship distribution

  • Increased ministry credibility and visibility By combining live gathering with digital extension, Arena of Faith moves from event-based ministry to platform-based discipleship.

Financial Request

Arena of Faith is pursuing support of the following:

  • Conference Execution: $10,000

  • Essential Media Infrastructure: $10,000

  • Total Project Request: $20,000

This investment establishes both immediate conference impact and long-term media sustainability.

2. Missions Outreach & Ministry Development in Montserrat Evangelism / Missions

Why This Work Matters

Montserrat is still living in the aftermath of prolonged disaster. Since the 1990s Soufrière Hills volcanic eruptions, more than two-thirds of the island has remained uninhabitable. The former capital, Plymouth, is buried, the population was cut by more than half, and repeated hurricanes, earthquakes and economic disruption continue to strain daily life.

Today, only 5,000 residents remain in the northern Safe Zone. While the island has shown remarkable resilience, persistent challenges remain: limited employment opportunities, housing instability, outward migration of young adults, and ongoing dependence on external aid. These pressures have created gaps in leadership development and community stability.

In this context, the Church is the island’s most enduring social and spiritual anchor. With the vast majority of residents identifying as Christian, churches serve not only as places of worship but as centers of care, coordination, and hope. However, many congregations are under-resourced and lack access to formal theological training, structured discipleship pathways, and leadership development tools. Local leaders have voiced concern about spiritual drift and the absence of sustainable ministry pipelines for the next generation.

Our Approach

Arena of Faith is launching a missions initiative focused on evangelism, discipleship, and ministry capacity-building, with a long-term vision of establishing a Bible college or ministry training center on the island.

This approach recognizes that evangelism and discipleship in Montserrat often take place alongside practical care, as local churches respond to food insecurity and basic needs within their communities. Arena of Faith supports these efforts through partnership and capacity-building rather than creating parallel humanitarian structures.

This effort emphasizes relational missions, indigenous leadership, and sustainable growth—working alongside local pastors and ministries rather than importing short-term solutions.

Project Focus

Missions Outreach and Ministry Development in Montserrat

Estimated Request: $17,000–$20,000

Initial Priorities

  • Evangelistic outreach and discipleship through international ministry partnership development

  • On-site relationship building with local churches and ministry leaders

  • Leadership training and curriculum development

  • Strategic groundwork for a future Bible school or training center

Use of Funds

  • Travel for outreach and on-site planning team

  • Lodging and local transportation

  • Curriculum and training development resources

  • Local partnership and outreach costs

Vision

This effort marks the beginning of a long-term commitment to support faith communities in Montserrat. By investing in local leadership and biblical training, Arena of Faith seeks to foster sustainable ministry growth and long-term spiritual formation in a nation that has faced decades of challenge with resilience.
